Weight Loss for Life!

JANUARY 2020 – WEIGHT LOSS FOR LIFE PROGRAMME FROM LION FITNESS.

We know that it is not easy to lose weight long term. Many diets have an initial impact, but soon start to lose their appeal and results begin to plateau. We also know that losing weight on your own is very difficult, but with support and accountability your chances of success improve dramatically.
 
That’s why we’ve created our new WEIGHT LOSS FOR LIFE 8 week programme, it’s going to help transform lives and guarantee real results. 
 
This will be a small group of a maximum of 10 people on a similar journey to yourself. With guidance and accountability from our Instructor Ben Harvey (who has been through his own weight loss transformation from 21 stone to fitness instructor) and peer to peer support from others in the group, you will find you have the help you need to finally change your diet and lifestyle long term.
 
So what does the 8 week package include?
  • 8 week membership to Lion Fitness – Unlimited access to ALL of our weekly classes, including circuits, boxing, Yoga, Pilates, HIIT and bootcamps.
  • Dedicated 60 minute group session (EVERY Saturday at 9:45am). An open session to discuss your progress, difficulties you’re facing, to ask questions and to seek advice and guidance from our instructors. You’ll also get to experience a mix of class styles, training methods and benefits. Each of them will be explained to you so you can understand the training methods and how they will benefit you.
  • Bespoke Nutritional workshop aimed at giving you more information on the importance of finding a healthy balanced diet that works for you. We won’t be giving you diet plans, instead we’ll be giving you knowledge that will stay with you long term.
  • Dedicated on-line forum where we can provide additional support and advice during the 8 weeks and where your fellow group members can share information too. Our instructors will be on hand to answer your questions and offer help where needed 7 days a week.
When does it start?
The programme starts on Monday 13th January (First Saturday session 18th)
What is the cost?
You’ll receive all of this for only £119.00 (value in excess of £175) – What’s more, if you act quickly and sign up today you can benefit from our special EARLY BIRD PRICE of only £99.00.
