The group size is restricted to a maximum of only 8 people to allow our coaches to work closely with you on technique, form and the execution of the exercises. Check out the video on this page to see some examples of what we include in our sessions.

Monday @ 10:15 – 11:00
Monday @ 18:30 – 19:15 *SOLD OUT*

Wednesday @ 19:15-20:00 *LIMITED PLACES*
Thursday @ 19:15 – 20:00 *ONE PLACE REMAINING*
NB. You will receive 8 credits (sessions) to use over the 8 week period. This is for one session a week, however, should you need to miss a week then you can “double up” on one of the other weeks. Whilst we also ask people to commit to one regular session, you can switch sessions if you can’t make your regular booking (subject to availability).
