Strength & Conditioning is NOT bodybuilding. You won’t “bulk up” with our training, but you will become much STRONGER and fitter.
Our programmes are designed in such a way that they are suitable for everyone, from a basic level of fitness to those who have been physically active for many years.
The sessions will help you to increase your strength, mobility and balance. The group size is restricted to a maximum of only 8 people to allow us to work closely with you on technique, form and the execution of the exercises.
Our existing customers include many runners, swimmers, cyclists and triathletes. If you’re planning on a busy sporting year in 2022, then we can help you to work on your weaknesses and reduce the likelihood of you picking up injuries.
We GUARANTEE that after just 8 weeks you will feel the results of your hard work.
NB. You will receive 8 credits (sessions) to use over the 8 week period. Ideally this is for one session a week, however, should you need to miss a week then you can “double up” on one of the other weeks. Whilst we also ask people to commit to one regular session, there is the option to switch sessions if you can’t make your regular evening one week (subject to availability). Following sign up we will contact you with further information.
The session times and days are as follows:
Monday -18:30 – 19:15 / Monday – 19:20 – 20:05 / Thursday – 19:15 – 20:00
NEXT BLOCK STARTS THE WEEK COMMENCING 2nd MAY – FOR THIS WEEK ONLY (DUE TO THE BANK HOLIDAY) THE MON 18:30 SESSION WILL MOVE TO FRIDAY 18:30 & MON 19:20 WILL MOVE TO WED 19:15.
