ROARstrength is our fantastic Strength & Conditioning course aimed at ALL levels of amateur athletes. The course is run over 8 weeks and will help you to increase your strength, mobility, balance & performance and to help reduce and prevent injuries. The group size is restricted to a maximum of ONLY 8 people so we can work with you closely on technique, form and execution of the exercises.
The course is designed in such a way that it is suitable for the majority of people, from anyone with a basic level of fitness to those who have been active for many years. It’s also a fantastic way to compliment your existing training schedule.
We guarantee that after just 8 weeks you will feel real benefits and improvements in your overall strength and fitness.
Start Date – Week Commencing 19th June 2017 (for 8 weeks)
Day / Time – Monday or Wednesday at 7pm
Venue – Lion Fitness PT & Fitness Studio (Selby Business Park – map here)
Session Length – 45 minutes
Price – £69.50 *Includes our special Early Bird discount (normally £79.50).
