Minimum 30 day commitment when signing up to our Personal Training programmes.
We offer a 14 day cooling off period should you decide to not continue after your first session(s).
After this period has passed we request all clients to provide us with 30 days notice of cancellation.
30 & 45 minute sessions are also available along with other bespoke packages and offerings, such as our bridal package.

All payments are collected on the 1st of month either via direct debit or credit card.
