Mark Wilson ASCC Founder of Lion Fitness

Mark is the founder of Lion Fitness and has a wealth of knowledge and experience as a Coach. He is a UKSCA accredited Strength & Conditioning Coach, British Triathlon Coach and Level 3 Personal Trainer. Mark continues with his education and is always furthering his knowledge and skills.

He is passionate about helping people to achieve their fitness targets and change their lifestyles. This passion is transferred in to the fun and energetic programmes he writes for his clients. Mark’s own passion for fitness and sports sees him regularly competing in triathlons, running events and obstacle course races, often with small teams from Lion Fitness.

Ben Harvey Personal Trainer

Ben has worked in the fitness industry for 10 years and loves to push people to meet their own goals. He understands that getting into fitness is not easy – at 21 years old, he weighed over 21 stone. Through his own determination and effort, he lost weight, gained a passion for the industry, and has made it his life. Recently, he has qualified as a fitness trainer – delivering courses to new fitness professionals, as well as an assessor.

Rachel Burnett Personal Trainer

Rachel began her own fitness journey around 7 years ago after having her second child. With a new love and passion for exercise, she decided to make this into a career and became a fully qualified fitness instructor in 2018 and a Personal trainer in 2020. No matter what your fitness goals are Rachel will help and support you. Her group sessions are fun, energetic and challenging, she always makes sure that everyone in the group feels comfortable and confident in what they are doing.

Olivia Walker Personal Trainer

Liv has been working as a personal trainer and small group coach for two years after completing her L3 and finishing a degree in the creative arts during lockdown. After extensive work experience, Liv began to specialise primarily in functional fitness and fundamental movement patterns which benefit us most in our daily wellbeing, enabling us to adapt to our environments.
Liv places a sense of enjoyment, fulfilment and satisfaction at the forefront of her group sessions and private clients- because after all, the only training style you will stick to is the one you enjoy.

With a background in road cycling and velodrome cycling, Lee chose to pursue his love of fitness and training so that he can help others feel the same level of enjoyment about training as he does.
