WoLF – WorkoutLionFitness is a planned weekly session open to all monthly members. The workouts and videos are posted on to our Facebook forum and inside the studio. The sessions will last a maximum of 45 minutes and are a mix of cardio, strength & core exercises.
The sessions are not instructor led, but there is always an instructor on hand too should you need assistance. Whilst they are challenging workouts we have organised the sessions to be easy to follow so you spend less time thinking and more time moving!
You can also use the WoLF sessions in combination with your own workouts*.
Whilst the sessions are open to all members you must reserve your place as we have limited the numbers to allow for a safe environment and to reflect equipment availability.
* Please note that the power rack & Olympic weights are not to be used unsupervised.
