So what are the details?
Start date – 8th January 2018
Sessions run 6 times a week from our private fitness studio in Selby (near the Wishing Well hotel), days & times as follows:
Price – £80.00 for x2 sessions a week (that’s only £5 a session!) – You can come to any of the sessions and this can vary from one week to the next.
Payment – Via a single direct debit – you can click the link below to arrange this now:

We have an AMAZING deal for those of you who want to join us more than twice a week. We offer a monthly membership which gives you UNLIMITED access to ALL of our classes. That’s our bootcamps, HIIT, circuit, metafit & pilates classes. Click here to view our class timetable (note this is reduced over Christmas).
If you sign up in January you can take advantage of our half price promotion too! Only £24.75 for the first month. Our monthly membership is a commitment to a minimum of 4 months, the remaining 3 months being at our standard price of £49.50.
