Every week we run 13 fantastic “live” online classes which are available to everyone. The classes range from high intensity HIIT workouts to more slower paced Yoga and Pilates classes. All of the sessions we provide are suitable for ALL levels of fitness.
It’s so EASY to join us… All you need is access to the internet and enough space so you don’t fall over your furniture!! No equipment, no worries! The majority of our classes can be done without any equipment whatsoever.
What’s more, you get a fix of social interaction too, you can chat and see other participants at the start and end of each session. They really are a great way to still remain in contact with other people during lockdown.

Class times not suitable? We have a growing back catalogue of On Demand videos available via the Glofox app. We continue to add a minimum of two new classes every week. This allows you to complete the workouts at a time convenient to you.
