Introducing the Lion Fitness ROAR series of fitness classes.
Our ROAR series provides the perfect mix of fitness classes which incorporate body weight exercises, high intensity interval training (HIIT), core work and strength & conditioning.
We have created ROAR to be able to bring you something challenging, to get you results in the shortest possible time, to put some fun in to your workouts and to take your fitness to the next level.
Don’t be scared by the descriptions of our fitness classes. Whatever your goals you will find a class that is suitable for you and for your age and current fitness levels.
Whole body strength, speed and power based session incorporating a mix exercises specifically aimed to target every muscle group. It’s the perfect strength building and body conditioning workout.
High intensity interval training (HIIT) workout using only bodyweight exercises with an added core blast! It’s the ultimate calorie burning, stomach toning, heart strengthening, lung bursting workout!
We throw everything at you in our bootcamps! We make them tough, but always keep them fun and include partner exercises, challenges and team games.
Our timetable will also include metafit (click here for more info) and Zumba classes every week.
If you would like to experience the classes, then join us for FREE on any Wednesday evening throughout September to try out the following taster sessions:
6pm ROARfitness / 6:45pm ROARpower / 7:30pm metafit – all 30 minute classes.
