Our open “GymTime” sessions allow you access to the studio to either complete your own workouts (cardio, strength, functional and/or Olympic or powerlifting) or to utilise our workout of the week.
GymTime is included as part of our monthly membership and available on a PAYG basis (£6 per session).
Equipment available to use includes;
Cardio – Treadmill, Rower, bikes, Skierg, Assault Bike.
Functional – Battle ropes, heavy sledge, TRX suspension trainers, slam balls, sandbags, Plyometric boxes.
Strength – Kettlebells, Dumbbells, studio barbell sets.
Olympic / Powerlifting – Full power racks x3, barbells, hex bar & bumper plates.
The sessions are not instructor-led, but there is always someone on hand should you need advice or assistance.
Please note we are not open like a mainstream gym for access all day every day… For details of the times and days please visit our timetable as availability changes every week.
Whilst the sessions are open to everyone, you must reserve your place via our booking app Glofox as we have limited the numbers to allow for a safe environment and to reflect equipment availability. We ask that everyone books at least 1 hour before the planned start time to allow us to manage and staff the sessions.
