GYM TIME

Giving you even more access to the studio across the week. You can now attend during our “Gym Time” sessions to complete your own workouts, follow our session of the week or to complete your own bespoke training plan.

Gym Time Sessions

These sessions allow you additional time in the studio to either complete your own workouts, to follow our session of the week or to use your own bespoke training plan. The sessions are open to all monthly members and on a PAYG basis.

The sessions are not instructor led, but there is always an instructor on hand should you need assistance.

Whilst the sessions are open to all members you must reserve your place as we have limited the numbers to allow for a safe environment and to reflect equipment availability.

If you’re interested in purchasing a bespoke training plan to follow then please speak with one of the team to discuss your needs.
