The sessions allow you access to the studio to either complete your own workouts, to follow our session of the week or to use your own bespoke training plan (that we can provide). The sessions are open to all monthly members* and on a PAYG basis.
They are not instructor led, but there is always someone on hand should you need assistance. For details of the times and days please visit our timetable.
Whilst the sessions are open to everyone, you must reserve your place as we have limited the numbers to allow for a safe environment and to reflect equipment availability.
