We are delighted to announce details of our forthcoming Food & Nutrition workshops.
Why are we running the Food & Nutrition workshops?
We want to help support your current fitness regime by providing you with a clearer understanding of how your diet impacts your health, wellbeing and results. We can spend hours exercising, but without the right nutritional balance our efforts and results are not maximised.
What key subjects will we cover?
When will the workshops take place?
No1 – Tuesday the 17th of April at 7:30pm
No2 – Thursday the 26th of April at 7:30pm
*You can attend one and not the other, but it is recommended that you join us for both workshops. If you do miss one of the other sessions recording and handouts will be provided.
How long will the workshops last?
Between 60 & 90 minutes including Q&A’s.
What is the cost?
The cost is only £18 for both sessions or £10 for a single session. Links below to confirm your place and to make your payment:
