During what are most unusual times for all of us, we wanted to be able to provide our community with something that felt structured and familiar to them. This is why we have quickly reacted to our studio closure and set up our online virtual class timetable. With regular classes at set times we can also help provide you with some structure to your day and to your training.
For the full timetable of our weekly classes, which includes Fitness HIIT, Power Circuits, Strength & Core, MiX, Pilates & Yoga, please click HERE. We have classes at 7am, 9:30am, 6:15pm & 7pm across various days throughout the week.
You can register and book for classes via the timetable. If you are using a tablet or smart phone then we would suggest that you book and view our timetable via our booking app – GLOFOX. The app is very simple to use, is much more mobile friendly and it only takes a few minutes to register.
The classes are open to members and non-members, so don’t be afraid to let friends know about them too. If you are not a member please see the bottom of this post for information about the cost of our classes.
The classes are being held on Zoom (Teleconferencing / webinar facilities), there are two ways of entering Zoom sessions:

Please note that the booking confirmation (and links) are sent to the email account used when registering for your Glofox account. You should receive this email within a few minutes of making the class booking (please check your spam / junk if you have not received this).
We may also send notifications to you directly from Glofox so please make sure you have selected to receive notifications under your Glofox profile.
You can do this via credit card when reserving your class on the Glofox app or our website, the cost for our online classes is only £4.00 per session. (Membership options are available and are more cost effective – please contact us for more information)

Following the temporary closure of the studio we have moved many of our existing customers on to online coaching packages. These packages retain ALL of the benefits of 1-2-1 training including:
We have three packages available, the cost varies and reflects the amount of support and time you receive from your coach.
Includes everything listed above. At the start of each month we will have a 30 minute call to talk through your programme and answer any of your questions. During the month we will be in contact with you via email to check on your progress.
With our standard package we’ll have much more regular contact with you during the month and have at least x3 30 minute calls to review your progress, tweak your programme if necessary and talk through any questions you might have. The calls will help keep you accountable and continue to push and motivate you throughout the month.
This package is completely bespoke to your needs. If you want your coach to be with you (virtually) at each session then we can do this, if you want regular nutritional support then we can include this too or if you need multiple sessions per week then we can provide this as part of of “Advanced” offering.
