Haha Yoga will typically involve a set of physical postures (Yoga Poses) and breathing techniques.
This class is practised more slowly and with more static stretches and holds than our Fitness Yoga class.
It will help to increase flexibility, strengthen muscles and improve posture.
Fitness Yoga incorporates Eastern influences and traditional yoga poses, but with a distinctly Western focus on fitness.
The session will give you more of a cardio workout than a traditional yoga class, but you’ll still finish the class feeling de-stressed and zen-like!
