ROARfitness gives you two workouts in one class!
We start with a HIIT workout designed to get the heart rate up and to get you burning calories! We don’t use equipment in this class, everything is bodyweight and everything is done to your own ability and fitness levels. With only short periods of rest and lots of exercises in every session we quickly get through the first 30 minutes of this workout. In the second part of the class we slow down the pace (but not the effort!) and focus on a mixture of core exercises aimed to target your stomach, back and bum.
The formats for this class change every month, making sure you never get too comfortable with the class or the exercises.
This class is suitable for all fitness levels and age groups. Every session includes exercises that can be progressed or regressed to suit the individual. You will be challenged and pushed, but never beyond your own limits.
