30 Minute son non-stop bodyweight only HIIT… In three words, SHORT, INTENSE & REWARDING!
We don’t use equipment in this class, everything is bodyweight and whilst we will push you hard everything is done to your own ability and fitness levels.
With only short periods of rest and lots of different exercises in every session, we quickly get through the 30 minutes of this workout. The session is a whole-body workout and will leave you burning calories for up to 24 hours after the end of the class!
The formats for this class change every month, making sure you never get too comfortable with the class or the exercises.
