Don’t be fooled in to thinking Pilates is easy though… Everyone has weaknesses in their overall strength and this class will find them!
Fitness Yoga incorporates Eastern influences and traditional yoga poses, but with a distinctly Western focus on fitness.
This dynamic class will leave you feeling calm and relaxed whilst ensuring you strengthen all your major muscle groups.
The session will give you more of a cardio workout than tradition yoga classes, but you’ll still finish the class feeling de-stressed and zen-like!
