BoxingHIIT is our own heart pumping, fat burning and fitness conditioning workout!
We use a mixture of simple boxing styles and high intensity interval training for a varied calorie burning, muscle toning and fun workout.
You don’t need to be a skilled boxer to join this class, in fact you never need to have put on a pair of gloves before. We’ll talk and guide you through the basic drills we use during each session to ensure you feel confident using the gloves and pads!
This is a non-stop 45 minute class that is based on boxing conditioning work. The session will also include bodyweight and core exercises to give you a fantastic whole body workout.
This class is suitable for all fitness levels and age groups. Every session includes exercises that can be progressed or regressed to suit the individual. You will be challenged and pushed, but never beyond your own limits.
