BoxingHIIT is our own heart pumping, fat burning and fitness conditioning workout!
We use a mixture of simple boxing styles and high intensity interval training for a varied calorie burning, muscle toning and fun workout.
You don’t need to be a skilled boxer to join this class, in fact, you never need to have put on a pair of gloves before. We’ll talk and guide you through the basic drills we use during each session to ensure you feel confident using the gloves and pads!
This is a non-stop 45 minute class that is based on boxing conditioning work. The session will also include bodyweight and core exercises to give you a fantastic whole body workout.
