It really is surprising just how much work we get through in a 45 minute Bootcamp! There is no opportunity to be bored in our workouts.
We have 3 fully qualified and experienced Personal Trainers running the sessions ensuring that everything is done effectively and safely. No single session is ever the same and we make sure you give 100% at every workout. We incorporate team games, partner assisted work, body weight exercises and use a wide range of equipment to ensure you get a great workout every time you join us.
We also now have a private outdoor training zone. This was recently added to the studio and allows us to bring a new dimension to our training… Subject to the weather!!
This class is suitable for all fitness levels and age groups. Every session includes exercises that can be progressed or regressed to suit the individual. You will be challenged and pushed, but never beyond your own limits.
